Essendon Maribyrnong Park Ladies Cricket Club is seeking applications for the position of Senior Program Head Coach for the 2025/26 season. The oldest women's cricket club in the world, EMP has three senior women's XIs competing in the Victorian Premier Cricket competition, as well as a junior high performance program representing the Club in the Marg Jennings Shield and Premier U18 competition.
We are seeking an experienced coach and leader to drive our senior cricket program, driving high performance development opportunities for an exciting young playing group. This role will work closely with our Head of Academy Programs in regards to list management and pathway transition.
Key selection criteria include:
Experience in senior cricket program
Strong leadership skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Capacity to build cricket program curriculum
Strong knowledge of Women's Premier Cricket and pathway landscape
Experience coaching female athletes preferred.
